Space for You · One-to-one conversations · Online

You’re doing well.
But you can’t quite switch off.

You can be good at your job and still want your evenings back.

If you spend so much time being capable, dependable and available that it becomes difficult to hear what you need yourself, this is a space to pause — and begin making changes that matter to you.

Does this feel familiar?

Everyone sees you coping.
Where do you get to put it down?

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined problem. We can start with what keeps taking up space in your day.

  • The laptop is closed, but you’re still replaying the meeting.
  • You agree to one more thing, then feel frustrated that there is no time left for you.
  • You’re the dependable one. You’re not sure where you can put down the responsibility for a while.
  • You know something needs to change, but everyone else’s expectations make it hard to hear your own answer.

The change you want

What would you like
to be different?

Perhaps you want to be more present when the working day ends. Have a conversation you have been avoiding. Make a decision without endlessly asking everyone else. Or find room for something that has been important to you for a long time.

We’ll choose a focus together and describe what useful progress would look like in your life. Then we’ll explore what is getting in the way and the steps you want to try.

As your thinking partner, I’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and reflect back what I’m hearing. Someone in your corner as you find your own answers and put the changes you choose into practice.

Space, support and follow-through

One conversation at a time.
Room to put things into practice.

The focus can include work, boundaries, relationships or personal priorities. We’ll keep it grounded in what you can influence and the support these conversations can offer.

After a conversation, you may choose a small action or reflection to try. If we meet again, we’ll look at what happened and what you want to do next.

A little about me

I’m Kash.

My background includes corporate work, and I create guided meditations and reflections on Insight Timer, including Alive Again.

My work often returns to a simple question: when so much of life asks you to keep going, where do you get to stop and listen to yourself?

Space for You brings that spirit of reflection into one-to-one conversations. My aim is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can think out loud, take your time and hear yourself more clearly. You choose what to share.

Before you enquire

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

No. A recent situation or a sense of what you would like to feel different is enough to start the introductory conversation.

Is this therapy?

These are supportive conversations focused on reflection, choices and everyday actions. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical, financial or legal advice. We’ll discuss whether the support you need fits the work I offer.

What happens in the free conversation?

We’ll talk online for up to 30 minutes about what brings you here, what you would like to change and how I work. You can ask questions and take time afterwards to decide. There is no obligation to book further conversations.

What results can I expect?

We’ll agree what you want to work towards and check progress together. People’s circumstances and experiences differ, so I do not promise a particular outcome.

How do payment and appointments work?

If we decide to work together, I’ll send written details covering the £150 session fee, appointments, payment, cancellation arrangements and confidentiality before you commit.

A conversation first

Let’s begin
with what matters to you.

Tell me briefly what has brought you here. You don’t need to share a personal history or sensitive medical or financial information.

A few words are enough. Please avoid sensitive medical or financial details.

I’ll use these details to respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation. Read the privacy policy for details of how information is handled.
